Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a service previously unavailable in the Mid-Atlantic region: Superior quality design, installation and operation of lighting and technical production aspects for parties, special events and other temporary applications.

In doing so we will strive to achieve the highest standards of quality, at a realistic price.

We hope to prove an invaluable resource for the special events industry with more than 17 years of knowledge and experience in design (from the simple to the spectacular, but always sublime), in pricing (reasonable yet profitable), in production (from very basic lighting enhancements to full scale technical coordination/installation), and in on-site maintenance/operation, all directed toward one goal: The timely and successful fulfillment of the needs (both technical and aesthetic) of the event in progress.

We will work towards responsible growth at a sustainable pace in order to continually improve the quality of our service, not just that of our financial statement.

We seek to empower our employees by giving them clear direction when needed, autonomy whenever possible, and fair compensation for their services, coupled with direct personal recognition of their successes and achievements. Above all, we recognize that their work for us is only a small facet of their lives. Therefore we hope to encourage their personal growth and development whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Finally, it is imperative to our mission that we regularly contribute to our local community both through services provided at cost or (when possible) donated, as well as through in-kind donations of materials and/or equipment to responsible not-for-profit organizations.
